Construction Management
CPM will attend to the details and act as a "watchdog" for our clients while striving for the best design to meet the owner’s requirements and budget. CPM will direct the entire construction process, which includes the work of all contractors, client-provided contractors and others to provide a seamless project to the client. Additionally, CPM provides full-time, on-site supervision with real-time access to all software, data and other project-related resources. During the construction phase CPM will:
- Inspect jobsite frequently to ensure quality of work and adherence
- Participate in construction project meetings
- Review and negotiate change orders
- Review and approve pay requests
- Coordinate owner's furniture, fixture and equipment needs and installation
