Post-Construction
After construction is completed, owners must make sure the facility is kept safe and working at peak operation efficiency. That is why at CPM why we also provide our clients with comprehensive facilities maintenance, including work order requests, and preventive maintenance checks. CPM is dedicated to being partners with our clients, allowing for as much or as little owner involvement after completion as desired. Upon completion of construction is complete CPM will continue to:
- Work with contractors to provide owner/employee training for new systems and maintenance
- Consult with owner on all post construction problems
- Conduct a one-year inspection and report
